Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Beachmont Behavioral Health (BBH) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and oversee individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will play a key leadership role in developing treatment plans, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring high-quality client outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.

  • Supervise and provide guidance to Behavior Technicians, RBTs, and Behavior Analyst Assistants (BAAs).

  • Conduct client assessments and analyze data to adjust therapy goals.

  • Provide parent and caregiver training to reinforce positive behaviors.

  • Ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Active BCBA certification.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Experience supervising clinical staff and working with individuals with autism.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment..

Behavior Analyst Assistant

Beachmont Behavioral Health (BBH) is seeking a motivated Behavior Analyst Assistant (BAA) to support our clinical team in delivering quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. This mid-level supervisory role is ideal for individuals pursuing Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, offering hands-on experience and professional growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Behavior Technicians during client sessions.

  • Implement and oversee individualized treatment plans under BCBA guidance.

  • Collect and analyze data to adjust therapy strategies as needed.

  • Support parent and caregiver training to reinforce positive behaviors.

  • Provide feedback and mentorship to Behavior Technicians.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Actively pursuing BCBA certification.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • RBT certification preferred.

  • Experience in ABA therapy and working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.

Behavior Technician

Beachmont Behavioral Health (BBH) is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. Under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Behavior Analyst Assistant, you will implement personalized treatment plans, track progress, and support clients in building communication, social, and adaptive skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend training in the methods derived from the science of Applied Behavior Analysis

  • Deliver direct ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings.

  • Follow treatment direction from BCBAs and BAAs

  • Receive & apply procedural feedback.

  • Follow treatment plans created by BCBAs.

  • Collect data and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Support parents and caregivers with training and guidance.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred).

  • RBT certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
